Class 142 Pacer Railbus
The Hornby Pacer Railbus is a re-release for 2007. It's code is R2611.
The model is in Mersey Railways Yellow, in an un-weathered ex-works condition. The number is 142045.
On the Hornby website, the price is given as £60. Hattons of Liverpool (www.ehattons.com) display this item at £51 on their website, and On Track (www.ontracks.co.uk) dipslay it as £45.20 plus P&P, so obviously the model is available cheaper than the RRP.
This model is a welcome addition to the Hornby Range, and will be an amazing site chuntering around your layout - it's not often yellow models are released!
